Who We Are
Utshob Austin is a non-profit, non-political, and a non-religious, cultural organization of Bengali origin living in Greater Austin area, Texas.
- We are a group of Bengali Austinites living in Williamson, Travis and Hays counties
- Our membership base is approximately 500 and growing!
- Our group was formed in 2020 as a non-profit (501c3), with following objectives in mind:
- We promote Bengali culture and heritage through different cultural and educational activities while keeping core our American values
- We offer community-level health and wellness programs to our members and residents of Central Texas through our year-long health awareness seminars and related campaigns
- We engage in volunteer activities in our community to address various humanitarian issues
Our Mission Statement
Our goal is to bring inspiration, understanding, and peace to the Austin Area through cultural, educational, health awareness, and volunteer activities. We want to improve the harmony between Americans and Bengalis who live in the Austin area.
